Came to nirvana glendale location and they didn't wanna give me my special even though I went to their other location in Phoenix and received both of mine discounts 75$ off & 50$ off and it was my 2nd time there I asked why at cant receive them and she responded because I wasnt a first time special even though both Nirvana's are connected rules should apply at both location. so how is it i recieve my discounts at one store but not the other when iwasnt even a ftp . they told me ican redeem when iwant . I still didn't receive my discounts. manager needs some training so do empolyes super disappointing. other than that location in phoenix took care of me with no problem

went in on 7/10 special. i was a first time patient. & i was told ican get a g of concentrate or flower. so idecided to buy differnt strains of concentrates. but realized i only recieved. what i payed for . I didnt recieve my free g of shatter. dont get me wrong there whole menu 💪 but bumbed out i didnt get my ftp special too. idont know if the cashier forgot or what. but that sucks 😔😡👎👎
