I have been to both the Ellsworth location and the McDowell location. The Ellsworth location had always been great. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Their prices on KK were also significantly cheaper than anywhere else and the quality is top shelf!

Deana was absolutely amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. Everyone from the time you enter the building, to the time you exit are friendly and helpful. Their prices are very reasonable as well. Their Tryke cartridges are always very great quality! Their flower is also great. The Nigerian Mint is incredible for back and nerve pain too!

I don't see any other way to contact you on your website so I you guys read this. I will say there was a lot of product when I checked out this location. The budtender was friendly and well informed. However, since there is zero information on your website as to THC/CBD levels, nor is there any on leafly, I probably will not be back, simply because as a consumer I like to know as much information as possible before I make my selections. As a medicinal patient, I like to be informed as possible about the medicine I am consuming. Also there is a discrepancy in regard to a particular strain that you guys carry at another discrepancy. It is listed as an Indica on your website, but on the other, it is a Sativa... I would definitely come back if there were more information given. Until that time though, I have to go where I know exactly what I am getting beforehand.

I visited this location for the first time the weekend of 13th/14th being that I was in the area, being that I live 25 miles away. The gentleman who helped me, Nash, was very good. I purchased two MPX cartridges that day. One of the cartridges worked just fine, the other was a dud. I could not draw out of it, and when I did, there was zero medicinal effect. I traveled to the H4L on Ellsworth being that is closer to me, and they said they could not help and I had to return to that store. Being that I don't live in the area, I planned my day accordingly to make the 50 mile round trip up there. I attempted to return the cartridge I had only attempted to use twice. The young lady who took my cartridge (I didn't catch her name) put it on her battery and told me it appears to be working. She spoke to her manager and then informed me they could not/would not swap it out. So here I am, with a useless cartridge that provides zero medicinal value and money wasted I will not be returning to this location.
