My family and I have been customers at this location for years. Today I went for their 40% off deal store wide. I ordered online like I always do. I got a text message saying my order was ready. I stopped by and they told me they didn't fill part of my medicine. When I asked why they told me it was ready when obviously it wasn't. Austin H. told me, "well I could've canceled it". The amount of disrespect to a medical patient is ridiculous. He could've called and told me what happened but instead he just told me to deal with it. He substituted my medication for something else. This whole issue could've been solved if I simply got a phone call or text message saying hey sorry were out of something you picked would you like something else, but no I didn't not get that treatment. I'm very upset about the ordeal. After my family has spent an incredible amount of money here. We will no longer be coming back. Austin H. Needs better training with people skills. I went in today with the idea over spending over $200 like I usually do. But never again will I go here after the disrespect. I encounter this issue a lot as a younger female medical patient. I stand up for myself I will not let Austin H disrespect me like that. He gave me nothing but attitude and was disrespectful.
