I preorder on 420 cause I knew it was gonna be a mad house and didn’t want to wait in a line. By the time they opened online shopping at 12 noon half of the sale items I wanted were already gone. I was able to secure some different sale items that made up for it a little. I placed my order and received a call that one of the items was out and I needed to choose something different. I picked out of the options still available and ended my call feeling confident with CONFIRMATION # in hand that my order was placed, and already packaged up an ready for me to pick up! So I arrive at the scheduled pick up after 5pm due to work schedule and having to drive from a different state. Parked in curbside pick up and called the attendants. After waiting almost 25 minutes without hearing from the workers we decided to go inside see what was up. The ladies that check people’s ID’s were at their normal spot as I approached she asked if I had a online order I said yes. She asked for the name I gave it to her. She looked it up and that’s when they laid the bomb on me. She told me that something or someone had messed up the online orders so they all had to be dumped out and started over from new customers on. Unfortunately 75% of the sale items were all gone that I had ordered. Waste of a trip. They don’t do anything to make it up to you either.
