So I have been here on three occasions. My first was quick and easy. I Pre Shopped / Browsed, so I knew what I wanted. Looked around for a bit but, the atmosphere felt very rushed. They have been busy every time I have been there, so I get it, but you should not feel like you are inconviencing the other costumers when you have questions that require more than a basic answer. The bud tender was polite and helpful, flower was fantastic.
Second visit, they did not have several products listed on Leafly, even though apparently the listing had been updated hours earlier. I bought two pre rolls since I did not want to leave without purchasing anything as I drove over there on the way home from work.
Third, and last visit, today. Found two strains online, and some edibles I was interested in. I asked for a simple Terpene percent, not a break down by individual Terpenes, just a general percentage. Three people tried to find lab results, none to be found. After the extended time I spent there, I was not interested in engaging them any further with any more of the items I was looking to purchase since they could not provide basic information on the first product I was wanting to purchase.
I left without purchasing any items. Third times a charm or, three strikes, and, I'm out.
Hopefully at some point this market will be less of a recreational one, and customers will be more educated in what they are buying, so when you need more information on the medications you are purchasing, it will be readily available. It should be important as a business.
