Been coming here for years and today was the first day that I ever felt uncomfortable not wanting to come back. Don’t know his name but he has dreads. I was a little bothered that he asked me to go update my card when I have already done that twice! Went to front she said it’s been updated. Went back told him it has been updated. He rang up everything in silence. Didn’t acknowledge me at all when I came back. Handed me my bag and looked away. No thank you come again no empathy no nothing! Just lame! Not like any other person there. I understand I was upset but his job is to provide customer service and he failed at that.
