Just thought I would let you know that as I potential customer I checked out your reviews and was disheartened to see that you speak poorly to your customers. I would have given you guys a try had I not seen your angry response to a review here. You might want to be more careful how you present yourselves.

Sub par quality and too expensive. At just about any other location you can find better product for less. The atmosphere is a real turn off, with most of the people who work there being smug and speaking down to customers. They'll also send out specials in email that you'll be told they're not longer honoring when you go in to the store.

I've used the service several times and each time the quality has been great especially considering the price point. The wait times can be a bit slow, but they are good about giving updates should the ETA change. If you're not in a rush give these guys a try and you won't be disappointed.

Responsive, professional, with top quality product. What more could you ask for?
