Its hit or miss if the flowers DRY or not. They got 2 lines. Online order AND Medical the other is walkins. The wait is WAY LONG and I disagree with medical being thrown in with online order line. Waited almost 2 hours to get my online order with medical card! They need a BETTER SYSTEM. They also keep raising their prices. I used to drive to this dispensary all the time(AN HOUR DRIVE) but since prices are going up and wait line is so LONG and takes forever even as a medical card holder....this dispensary isn't worth it anymore.

Gave this place a second chance after the first time was a bad experience. so i ordered online went to pick up after receiving the text. So when showing my state ID and not my medical marijuana card because when renewed it's all online they did not accept it. According to the customer service they're unable to look up medical cards. They would not sell me my $260 order. Any other dispensary I have been to was able to look it up long as I had a state ID. Which is the whole purpose of having a card through the state ONLINE for medical marijuana. Needless to say I will not give this dispensary another shot ever again. I will also suggest everyone go elsewhere as I am fully disgusted with the customer service at this dispensary.

HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND..aftering giving this place a SECOND CHANCE!!. I placed an online order at 10am I live clear across town but work close to north location. Drove to location after work at 11am. I drove to North E.H. and was told over phone orders are taking 2 and half hours. I asked security to check my order after order past 2 hours and 45 mins had past (I had got there an hour prior to the 2 hour 45 min window) only to be told its gonna be 3 hours. But why? EVERYTHING I ordered was PRE PACKAGED! People getting there stated their ordertook 45 mins from time on confirmation. So 3 hours after ordering while waiting i get a call the order was unfillable due to not having my item ordered at 10AM! I received a call at 3 hours and 15 minutes AFTER the order was placed to be told all the items I ordered $340 worth of items were not available anymore! So you know I ordered from THEIR website. like that wasn't bad enough the security guard had clipboard syndrome and canceled my order because my conversation was to loud and he was listening while I question the girl on the phone why is it not available when I ordered at 10 a.m. and barely getting the call! I never once cussed at anyone I was loud because I was outside. The woman on the phone said she would fill my order but due to security getting involved for NO apparent reason they cancelled my order! needless to say I left with absolutely no order at all! I will never order from this company again NEVER AGAIN! The quality isn't worth the wait and the short semi bald security had clip board syndrome issues which the company clearly believes! He had the nerve to tell me under his breath "I wish I could slap your bitch ass" .

They Are way overpriced. Got a few other locations in Tucson different dispensary that are 2 to $3 cheaper than their price and its the same strain...smh...
