Bloom is by Far the Best dispensary in the Valley. I have tried others, for the "First Time" discount, but non can compare to Bloom.
Their team is highly knowledgeable about all the strains and matched with Stellar Customer service Bloom Phoenix cannot be beat.
The price cannot be beat. No where in the Valley can you get an 1/8th for $20, except Bloom. Everywhere else seems to run on Greed, its sad, but Profits before All Else is the Capitalistic Way.
