Cinder - North Division

Pretty disappointed in the online ordering systems for both Cinder North & Cinder Valley. I’ve had orders placed but not confirmed until 2+ hours later, then cancelled; some orders get confirmed and then I receive a call that a product isn’t available- no problem, I just tell them another option & we confirm, but then upon arrival, some or none of the products confirmed are available. Plus, online ordering goes down pretty frequently, and the menu isn’t always accurate or updated.
When shopping in-store, some budtenders lack knowledge about chemical-free producers and products, and some don’t give accurate recommendations for indica-heavy strains (I was once given Dutch Treat as a recommendation, which is definitely a sativa).
I’ve been a customer for quite some time because they have really decent prices and as a former budtender myself, I usually know exactly what I want and can get in and get out fairly quickly- but in terms of online ordering and/or wanting new things to try or other recommendations, it’s a huge miss. Being that I’m immunocompromised, I rely on online ordering for most purchases; and especially during the times of Covid, I think this is an area that needs focus from Cinder management.
