So i really like this place but something has changed lately. This is walking distance to my house so i come in on a regular basis. This is what i have noticed to the past few months. Pros: The have some really awesome staff members Great brands and strains Great 20% off happy hour discounts Great social distancing program Cons Like most shops the music is so loud you can't hear yourself think Some of the staff are in an permanent bad mood making it not worth coming in sometimes

Customer service is poor at best. No way to know prices until you get there and with them being the only option within 100 miles of tri-cities its a bit of a drive to waste your time. They have the market cornered so they don't care about their customers.

Only shop within 100 miles of tri-cities. Not much choice, customer service sucks in person and on the phone. No way to get pricing until you get there.
