I have been coming to Bloom for awhile and also have had experience acquiring my medications from various other location. What keeps me loyal to Bloom is their customer service; this is not to detract from the med quality or their efforts at making price such that everyone can have access via discounts or special. I HAVE to mention JuJu. I had the BEST customer service experience with JuJu; he knows his industry, the product, remembers your name and is just the kind that goes above and beyond what you would expect. I return to Bloom, driving 15 miles past the closest dispensary to me just for service provided by JuJu and the rest of the excellent staff that keeps me coming and referring. Jason
