So glad I have a medical card! Came on a Saturday and a massive recreational line. With that said Theory has great quality products, branding, and relaxed atmosphere. There is reserved parking for medical patients and ample parking for recreational. Handicap accessible and some shade to stand in line if you are recreational but medical you just go straight in. They offer preorder and a shorter line for those who order ahead. There are two register for med, two for pickup, and six rec. The inside flow is a bit confusing. Other than that the flower for med is weighted in front of you and they go above and beyond to label your product. Not too loud and very well organized.

Really cool lil place! Had interesting strains and really tasty edibles. Haven’t been since they went Rec.

Love their flower! Especially the flights you can get. They have really tasty concentrate too but boy they are expensive!

AMAZING FLOWER! Super sticky and definitely NOT dry! They have a strain called purple star fruit that is a great price and sooo pretty! Would highly recommend the wedding crasher and firework OG pre roll. They grow their own flower but wholesale from others which gives a great mixture of product. Definitely visiting often!
