So my order was cancelled and Leafly doesn't have a system in place to tell me why. They did however text message me about the cancellation at the number on my account. Upon arrival at the store I was informed that my order was cancelled because I failed to respond to a text message from an employee. I did not receive a message because he sent it to the wrong number. When I informed him of that he argued with me that I needed to update my number with Leafly. I showed him that Leafly has no problem contacting me because I got the cancellation notice. I changed the subject and finished my purchase because I wasn't going to let someone who can't recognize and copy down 10 numbers take up anymore of my time. When I got home I checked my Leafly account and as suspected my number is in there correctly. Please train your staff better than this.
