Service people in front need to focus on customer not playing around with each other messing up the order of the line.
I walked in for a express order. They told me to wait as they were full at the window. While I’m waiting they proceeded to skip me in line for walk in orders. Not other express orders...walk in orders. I ordered 40 min before this.
I had to say ummm yo what order are you going in? I got a rude “sorry your next” from Victoria up front. It wasn’t even busy! Five or so people in the lobby! FOCUS ON CUSTOMERS!!!!
