If I could put zero stars, I would. I have tried ordering delivery from this dispensary in the past, and every single time I have tried, they have failed to deliver my order. So yesterday, I decided to order pickup. I was notified that the order was confirmed and being prepared, but never received any notification that it was ready for pickup. Finally today after work I decided to just show up and see if I could pick up my order. They told me that they no longer had my order, but when I gave them the confirmation number, that turned out to be false and they were really just too lazy to look for my order. They told me that they could no longer apply the deal that was on their website yesterday (which is when I PLACED MY ORDER and was supposed to pick it up, but was unable to because of THEIR ERROR.) because the deal was no longer posted today. They offered to sell me my two grams of concentrate for $140 + tax instead of the $70 I ordered it at, and when I told them that that was simply more money than I was willing to spend, they offered to sell me an extraordinarily low quality gram for an unjustifiable price of $30. After telling them I was not interested and that I was profusely disgusted with their service, some woman who worked there came out to my car and tried to tell me that when I order in the future, I should just come pick up my order after 30 minutes instead of waiting for confirmation (which they are SUPPOSED to provide) that my order is ready for pickup. She also tried to tell me that the error is a result of Dutchie, when in fact every other dispensary I go to (House of Dank, Exclusive, Arborside, and Jars, to name a few) use the same service for their menus and I have never once had an experience anywhere even close to as terrible as this. This dispensary completely screwed up, has a terrible order system, and refused to take any responsibility for this mistake but instead blamed me and Dutchie. I will never be ordering from this place again, and I will be sure to advise anyone I know to boycott as well.
