Organized chaos. They have so many people coming through and not enough employees. Not customer service based. Would not return. This was my first time and I was looking for help when I got upstairs and some recommendations/ explanations of their inventory, etc and the sales people completely ignored me. I stood in the middle of the room waiting for help for about 3 minutes until I finally walked over to someone. She asked what I wanted. I told her it was my first time and I needed help figuring out what to get. She said ok but walked away and began talking to and helping someone else. I couldn't believe it. I finally got some balls and just asked someone else to get me a gram of something I found on leafly that had high reviews. No bueno. Will not return.
