I tried to submit this review, however it kept cutting me out. Apologies if this is a repeat.
I have been a loyal customer to this company, tip well, and have never asked for favors, and I never complained until today
I had a minor transaction issue, which I felt confident could be resolved over the phone, however that did not happen. I tried emailing management, but the resolution still had not been resolved. I went in to try to clear it up personally, The person there called the owner and both of them concluded that my dissatisfaction was my own responsibility and apparently they decided they could do nothing on my behalf, as they cited policy etc. etc.
A small , simple gesture of Goodwill, would’ve gone miles for this company. However, they chose not to do that. Today is the last day will be in that store. Being 4th stage and terminal, probably translates to a customer that won’t be around much longer anyway…..but it’s kind of the principle of the thing.
Not sure what I will get going somewhere else however there is always the “Emerald Triangle”. I have heard their prices, choices, and staff are all excellent
