Ordered and got it confirmed via email/text 3 times. 1st confirmed received. 2nd confirmed being prepared. 3rd confirmed ready for pickup. Even got a message "Thanks for ordering with us, We have your order ready for pick up. I hope you have an amazing day! Hope to see you soon!"
Got there and they said they didn't have 2 of the prerolls i ordered. Ok I'll get 2 alternate ones from the same brand the online menu shows a large variety. They say nope those are the literal last 3 in store. Ok fine maybe update your menu. I pay and leave. When i get home I see that 2 of the prerolls that were advertised and sold to me as 29% thc said on their package they were only 24%. That's not a big deal for me personally but it's the inconsistencies of their online menu and communication that is frustrating. They are responsible for properly listing information about their products and prices, and they should care that their menu and communication is misleading to their customers.
