I have been to Urb 5 times. The first three visits, I was not impressed. The bud tender rushed me and never explained the three tiers. The fourth visit, I had a good bud tender named James who was very knowledgeable, helpful and explained the three tiers. The fifth and final visit was absolutely terrible. I drove home in extreme disbelief and shock of how rude the staff was to me. When I got home and opened up my ounce of flower that I had preordered, I couldn’t believe my eyes. First, I got a completely different strain than what I ordered and had no idea they switched it. Second, clearly there was two different strains mixed together.. I have no idea what strain I’m smoking.. If it’s a sativa or indica and that is important to me. Third, I pulled out about half a sandwich bag full of leaf trimmings. Words can’t describe how disappointed I am. I wish I could post photos. This ruined my 420. I will never return and I don’t even care to use my points. This is bad business.
