I used to come to this location all the time. Last visit they failed to give me my discount. I didn't notice until I got to the car. Went back in and they could not help me other then to say they would make another copy of my ID and to remind them next time. Still had me in system but not my 20% off? Had a similar issue at another dispensary not only did they correct the issue they found where I was overcharged on a previous visit and credited that as well. Guess that is my new spot. HWC's products are still spot on but they are not the only place with a great selection. Their atmosphere is nice until you step out the door and look at the area, I guess you can't pick your neighbors.

last weekend I came in and purchased a live resin disposable pen. from the first day I could tell there was something wrong it was really hard to pull. within a day the battery had died. I went back in and ask them about it they were able to replace it no questions asked. their flowers always on point and their staff is always friendly.Yo
