It’s not express pickup if you have to wait for your online order that was placed hours ago.

The order online experience was great. The quality of the flower was off. The flower smelled old and was extremely dry (like nirvanas flower) Mid tier is usually amazing and I understand it’s not their best flower but I don’t think it’s okay to sell extremely old/dry flower (throw it away) I was so sad when I got to my car , the smell usually takes over but this time it smell like dry herbs lol

Dispensary shouldn’t send any text about order being ready if there’s an hour wait. I understand it’s a tough situation but I could of waited at home and not wait with all the other customers waiting ,spreading rona everywhere smh

The door staff was very nice during the Global Crisis. Christian was my bud tender I just didn’t feel like his customer service was sincere. I would never call my customers “bro”

My friend recommended this place for the good customer service she experienced.She got her first patient deal plus A LOT of free items . My experience was not quite the same lol I messed up by going last minute almost to closing time. Bud-tender was not really trying to show me flower he was just standing there after I told I’m interested in top shelf indica flower. I had to ask him to open the jars so I can see and smell the flower, it was just so uncomfortable . I guess you just have to be a female to get good service and free goodies. Will try it again sometime the flower was good :)

ordered an oz (chiesel) through Supurb, the weed was Garbage i cant believe they really sale garbage weed like that, NEVER again so unhappy now im stuck with this dried up sh*t
