I didn't know about Harlequin until a friend of mine left me some to smoke. As I am new to smoking (only been about a little over a month), I found that Harlequin is one of the best for what I need it for, which is pain management without the making me want to fall asleep. It's a happy high for me, without the full on 'hey, let's get super high and couch lock!'
