Like many customers, I shopped here based on reviews. Having shopped many shops in Washington, this was my first Oregon experience. I think for those focused on aesthetics, this is an impressively higher end experience. The shops I've frequented have sold pre-packaged/pre-measured herb and menus are plentiful along with prices. This shop seemed to focus more on the attractive packaging and atmosphere and skipped over some important steps that may be important to new shoppers (which are plentiful in the area): 1) By law, they must require you show ID. However, they do not legally have the right to record your information or store it. I was VERY disapponted when upon having my ID in their hands, and I told them I did not want to be in their computer system, they entered me anyway. It also tracked my purchases, as it was a part of the labeling process. I regret moving forward at that point, have never had another shop disrespect my privacy (though they all check ID and monitor amts purchased). I liked the bud tenders, who were helpful but did not see menus or prices listed. I told them I wanted to try a small amount of the recommendation and had heard the pricing was pretty good (compared to WA. with the higher taxes). Instead, he loaded me up and I didn't realize it until I was at the check out and soon my "little trial" was an $80 purchase. Again, I should have spoken up at that point as well but was honestly shocked. Their pricing was definitely not less than Wa. but I guess that's the tradeoff for organic product. Haven't tried my purchase yet, suspect it's good quality but taking away or not giving me the options to make my own choices has possibly removed this shop from my long list of places to purchase. I appreciate quality, I appreciate transparency even more.

Started going to this shop when they opened and up until 5 months ago. They have one of the best shops in relation to set up and customer service. However, they are unable to keep up with demand. Their supplies have been stripped down to the bare minimum and many of their Grade A concentrates went to Grade B and now Grade C (if they have it at all). They started out strong but are fizzling out. They also don't keep their menu current, don't answer emails or phones. Very disappointed with the direction they are headed, they were my favorite! Hope they figure out their growing pains.
