SHOULD BE A 0 STARRRR Went in on 12/10 at around 7pm and bought a piece of glass. Now remind you the piece was only 20$. When I filled the bong I noticed my pants were wet. There is a small leak at the bottom of the base of the bong. And the banger was cracked all the way across. So I decided I would call nirvana and see what they would do for me. I called and talked to a person they told me 40% off my next purchase and then around 20 minutes later called me back and told me 40% off my next piece only!! I said you want me to come into your establishment and spend more money on a piece. This is the second piece that has had an issue from THIS store.I spend thousands of dollars at this location regularly and have always been pretty happy with them. But I wont be shopping here anymore. YOU SELL GLASS THAT LEAKS AND WONT OFFER MY MONEY BACK!!!! BAD BUISNESS👀 (recipet in hand)
