Only complaint is that the store felt a little cramped at points.

Recent managerial decisions mean I won't return unless under extreme circumstances. Initially, it was brought to my attention that several months of online orders would have qualified for the free items with purchase but were never given to me. The assumption is that this is because they happened to online orders. So I started going into the store, which gave better purchasing options, explanations and deals. Sadly, the recent decision to lump all in-store customers means that in the extreme summer heat, medical patients such as myself are left to experience longer wait times than before for purchases in store. To avoid these longer times, store employee recommended to use online ordering. When I brought up the fact that I never received all of the deals when purchasing online, she assured me that it would happen with online orders. Today, I place an online order through Leafly only to find out that what I ordered did not qualify for the sales mentioned online. The literal only reason I ordered online was because the advertising surrounding the product had all of the visual appearances of other products that would have qualified. The distortion of available merchandise/pricing online and the now extended wait times mean I won't return.
