Last time I came in as a walk in to pick up a TruPod. The consultant I had immediately starts reading off what is in the drawer and the percentages. That's not why I came into the dispensary that day. I came in to get a cart to help me with chronic pain and issues with Crohn's disease. I did not feel heard. If anything I feel like I was treated like a person who uses marijuana for a non medical reason. It made me feel extremely judged and like I needed to justify myself to the consultant. I didn't feel heard. I felt like I was just another number to help boost the overall sales for the day. Extremely unprofessional. Please educate your staff better. Not to mention the consultant was also a member of management.
