Absolutely the worst customer service I have had!!! There’s no place for anyone who treats customers this way & no business should be allowed to operate treating customers this way. I’ve been coming here for over a year now. The customer service is always borderline at best & with the Covid19 mask situation nearing the end.... this place still requires mask be worn. I’ve walked in with no mask and been asked to put one on. As I did due to the explanation I received. Today I walk in at opening with my mask on & a delivery driver has a package to drop off.... they open the door and let an older delivery msn enter with no mask “because he’s in & out”. I asked if I needed to wear a mask. I was told “yes, everyone has to” in turn I pointed to the old delivery man standing there with no mask.... she shrugged her shoulders and said “we try”. However; I could not remove my mask.... wtf?!?!? Then when asked what I wanted today, I stated “equality for all”. The female employee then started in on me about how I need to “try being a woman!! I have 35 years on you!!!” “Excuse me I replied?” She then goes on to say “you heard me” so I reply with “try being a single dad, white male, in today’s world”. I will not be back to this establishment!!!
