Extremely disappointed with Sunday Goods. My first trip to Sunday Goods was a couple months ago, I purchased 4 SG vape carts. I really enjoyed them. I would say SG vape carts are one of my favorites. I go to the dispensary weekly, every Monday. I have been going weekly since AZ became a recreational state. I often check out new dispensaries that I haven't been to, to find different carts. Since leaving Sunday Goods on my first trip, Ive said to many people that "Sunday Goods Dispo is definitely my favorite dispo". I live in the FAR west valley. It's a trip over, which I hadn't been able to do until this past Monday. I was excited for days knowing I was finally going back to Sunday Goods. On the way there, I looked online to see the promotions or deals for the day. I read "spend $100 on SG, get $20 off". My friend received an email that morning with the same information on it. Upon being greater by out Budtender, we asked about the online promotion/deal that my friend and I both had read. He stated there was no such deal going on, and wouldn't honor the deal. We bought two SG carts. We intended to buy more but the selection wasn't like shown online. I was already disappointed when getting in the car. We had drove an hour and 20 mins to get to Sunday Goods, we left with only one cart each. We got about 2 miles down the road, I tried the carts (I wasn't driving). The first cart was great. The second cart, wouldn't hit. AT ALL. If the cart wasn't on a battery, you could pull air thru it (dry hit it) But as soon as you screwed the cart onto a battery, no matter how loose/tight, it wouldn't pull anything. We immediately went back to the store. At that point we just wanted a working cart. We were told because it had been opened they couldn't take it back. I don't understand how a person is to know if something works, if you can't open it. In no way were we trying to pull anything over on anyone. We are paying customers that drove a long way to spend money at SG. It's sad, because I really enjoy SG products but I won't be back. I plan to share our story with social media, for all to read and share. SG has Poor Customer Service. Sometimes, doing what's right should come before policy!
