Ana was my bud tender yesterday and today! She gives remarkable service, polite, friendly and even let me know about the promotions that I had missed on my leafly order.. I was a bit upset over waiting for so long and finding out that my name was called but they were told I had left when I didn't. (I understand the busy time its 420 today) Thank you Ana for smoothing it over with me with an apology and empathizing (even when she had nothing to do with it) That went a long way. Even the lady at the counter who checked me in and let me go ahead in the back when I asked why people who came after me were leaving. 😫 (Didnt catch her name) But Ana was very patient with my questions and even let me know when my allotment will be available again since I was maxing out.. She worked fast to get me in and out.. Thank you Ana for all your help.

I absolutely love this location.. If I lived closer this place would be my go to all the time.. Unlike most dispensaries where its a hit and miss sometimes on quality and customer service... This place has never disappointed me. They are always friendly and eager to answer all my questions.. The flower here is also great quality with great pricing and specials.. Only problem I have is when I go and get a new strain that they have and I get an 8th to try it and I end up loving it and go back to get more and they are usually already sold out. 😜😂 I love their daily deals especially Wednesday's... PLEASE build in the east valley for all of us in Gilbert.. 😊
