Upon entry you're welcomed to a comfortable waiting room. Once you've retrieved your number to enter the bud room there typically isn't much of a wait. Next, is the bud room. You'll wait in line in the bud room until there is a bud-tender available to assist you. The staff will have the capability of presenting the products they retail. Any products under $45 are so inconsistent that you'll likely receive something you're unhappy with. Either spend the money to get something decent or find a different way to get ur goods. The commercial market is a joke.

This store is simply a tourist attraction and it is operated as such. It has established its customer base from the original store in Huntington where they had developed a monopoly on the eastern Oregon cannabis market (the customers are not receiving the quality of they are lead to believe, but do not know any better). On most occasions the store has the staff available to take the time to show you any products you're interested in, but do not be fooled. What the bud-tender has presented is not what you'll receive when your purchase is assembled.

Hotbox Farms levies its monopoly on the eastern Oregon 'cannabis market,' to fetch a premium price for inconsistent and low quality products. Expect to pay 10-45 % above the average market price for your cannabis products, and certainly don't expect the product you receive to be labeled correctly. While, it is in the nature of cannabis to experience inconsistencies in production; you can expect an unusually inconsistent products from Hotbox Farms.
