If it were not for Cassandra on the night crew recently, I was ready to take my business elsewhere once again. Customer service is everything to me. I have coming there for years on and off. I got an angry, impatient, server and Cassandra luckily intercepted the transaction. When I am being served by a non-caring, rude employee and I come home a few times with poor product from people that do NOT listen. I can always find another dispensary close by. I have been buying Janes Green tea under the ADVICE & understanding that it was a indica, yet I kept vomiting the tea. Cassandra finally set me straight. The green tea is ALL sativa. The powder to add, that Nick suggested...All sativa. I quit drinking the tea and I stopped vomiting.!! Thank you Cassandra. They need to hire and promote more people like you! :)

Unfortunate update to my earlier 5 star review. I was so impressed with the personal service I received when I stopped in that I jumped the gun on the review. I did not try the product first! All the flower was extremely dry. Had to get a bovine pack just to moisten enough to choke a smoke. CBD isolate.It doesn't agree with me. I don't know what they process this powder with but it's not nice to a sensitive digestive system. Strange for CDB. I spoke to the asst. mgr. She told me to try it again! I am sick. I don't medicate for fun. Guess this is not the place. Saves me a 19 mile drive.

Arizona Natural Remedies is a ripoff. I have been trying to post a review about a recent experience, but for some reason it is not being posted. They get people in there that make you feel like they care about customer service by saying if you have a complaint we will fix it. I had a complaint. I told the gal i was going to go to another dispensary but they were closed. She said "Whatever makes you happy". Great customer service. I go to get medicine and I need bud tenders that are compassionate and well trained. There is no compassion here. I never get what I pay for. the ounces are thick with stick if they are nice buds. A lot of times, dry. Sell top shelf price$$ bud at nugget size Yoda last time i was in. Bummer :(
