My first visit was awesome, person who helped me was very helpful and nice. This is a far drive but I decided it was worth it to go again last week. My experience was awful, employee Ricardo was rude, it showed that he does not care about customer service. I was asking about strains and he mumbling that he didn’t know anything about any of them. I’m no expert and count on the employees to help me understand what I’m buying. This bad experience has made me to not go back to this location, and it sucks because I like the product

All the people were very friendly, called me by name, great customer service! The girl who checked me out was knowledgeable on the flowers and what each strain did! I loved it!

First visit was great. The girl who helped me really walked me around showing everything and thoroughly explained some things to me. I really appreciate when people take the time to explain.
