I had to write this review unfortunately because the practises of this club are not in the interest of the patients . I went in to buy a vape cartridge and noticed they had ones called platinum vape. They were 20$ for a gram so I bought one thinking it was a good deal. When I hit it I could taste the coconut oil that the THC is cut with and it coated my lungs and throat with thick oil. It also made my lungs hurt!I went on to research what inhaling lipids such as coconut oil can do to the health and the scientific articles I found were alarming. Potential for lipid phnemonia .I went back to try to return this cartridge even if just for credit and a different product. Their response?? Sorry we can't take this back its been opened. Well then I brought up how they should not being selling health related products where coconut oil is inhaled dude to scientific articles talking about its serious dangers and they said take it up with the manager. I did this and she said she has no control over being able to refund the product(which as the manager you do) so I felt unheard and mistreated by this business on top of feeling angry that they would sell such a product that potentially scientists says could hurt people. I then suggested a warning label for the coconut inhaling products and they said they had a general warning about cannibis products. I felt blew off. This is the same club that wouldn't validate my girlfriend's moms doctors note after she got cancer. If this is suppose to be the heart of humboldt where is the heart? I gave quality 3 stars because they have some good quality jud quite often(which is why I as returning even after the whole girlfriend's mom situation)
