First time visit, last time visit. Budtender showed big buds in a container from under the counter. I get home and open my containers, and my top tier big buds were switched to popcorn nugs. Bait n switch. I am very disappointed.

PLEASE improve your delivery system. In store is great. pre order and pick up is great. I placed an order at 8am. Then at 930am I received a call that came up as a scam call. The dispatcher left a voicemail asking that I call back to the 833.356.3145. I tried several times to call back but was just left on hold. I called direct to my store, Im told mixed information. I asked to cancel the order, was told to call direct again to dispatcher to cancel. I get another call from dispatch on my voicemail that my order was full filled an on its way between 10am-2pm. Another text comes in, my order was cancelled. The employee who said she couldn't call from the store level to dispatch in fact did call, she cancelled my order. She then told me to place another order or call dispatcher to get my order. SMH. I placed my order at 8am it is now 11am, no meds, and Im working. What a headache.

I thought I bought some shake. They must have ran out of my product choice, bc, when I got home, I was pleasantly surprised. They upgraded my shake to flower. Thank you Debbie's, you rock!!

I am a frequent patient. Metro Meds has been consistent in quality and is always fun. My fave Bud tender is Ashton!
