I ordered online and it very clearly said two, 5 pack of pre rolls at .5 grams a piece. During checkout I clearly stated there should be two packs of the 1/2 gram pre rolls because there was only 1 pack. What I found out when I got the bag open at home was two, 5 packs of .25 gram pre rolls. I am not allowed to handle or touch anything until I leave the dispensary. These little ore rolls are almost worthless to smoke. I depend on you to get it right. Now I’m stuck with pre rolls i don’t want an can’t return. This is like driving away from the drive thru with the wrong order. I’m overly disappointed in you and am considering not returning. Thank you for making me pay for your mistake. That’s always fun.

I like bloom because you can order at the check in desk which makes it nice for those who know of what they want. Great staff and location.
