definitely mid to top shelf strain. good for afternoon/ evening for it aids in sleep anxiety stress depression and helps with my ADHD sort of mellows out my constant racing thoughts. I would say this strain lives up to its name being part of gelato family. compared to Tuscan or mochi gelato this hits more like gelato #33.
