clean and friendly staff was about the only positive.
did an online order, waited 30+ min then no communication as to we don’t have enough for your order. I absolutely hate shake and wouldn’t have spent over $100+ if i knew it was going to be shake.
it frustrated me knowing that you can communicate through the app and at least give me a heads up to switch what i was going to get. Working in customer facing and service environment I don’t like wasting the customers time, and i feel like mine was wasted
