I just wanted to say that I love you guys. Like big time. I have been around since day one, I am probably one of your most loyal clients which is why I am heart broken to leave a review like this. The store has changed the past few months and honestly I can tell you why however i wll not get into it blatantly at this time. I am in your store everyother day I have tremendous loyalty to you but I realize that loyalty only goes so far. I want to talk about two situations specifically, first of all I admit I have been known to call Shango from time to time because I know what i like and what i want. If one location doesnt have what i need i call and ask and go to another. I cant tell you how many times ive called (gotten the same dumb ass mind you) and gotten "i cant say ANYTHING" ummmm sorry thats some lazy shit especially when i ask specific questions and its alway "do u have it at this location" "I CANT HELP YOU"... However when i call and talk to others... Come on a simple yes or no will suffice. Second, someone has to research what is and isn't an acceptable form of id. I was a casino manager for over a decade and i can tell you in the eyes of the government a birthcirt is an acceptable form of id with a valid social plus a driver license that has been expired two days.... Yupz according to the state of Oregon a valid id is required and yet i provide 3+ and oops.... Look guys their are more than one form of id not to mention you are confirming age which can easily be done with what i provided. Drove down the road and was gladly accepted. Then came home did my own research and wouldn't ya know... Sad thing is ill have a new dl in a couple days but by then it too late. Loyalty gone. Sad when everyone knows me by name and i know them.
