One of the best ever.

I think they should adopt a policy of not using the products when working. Almost every time I've been there at least one of the male employees has been so high as to have a problem helping customers. The "slang" way they address people is also a bit much (unprofessional). About the only other thing that would be nice is if they took a little time to update their menu more often like the other shops in the same area. Quality-wise they have good phat panda items and more.

This place is one I will avoid. Everyone is right about security - rude and obnoxious. Absolutely ridiculous (C'mon fellas, you work at a weed store, you are not special forces recon). They also have a BS menu here as so much was not there. Of course finding their menu items is hard too since they list it out by the growers name and you have to go through the whole list to find what you might be looking for. Asked them about this and they got a real attitude and insulting. Yeah, wouldn't want to make things easier for customers to find what they seek so they can buy it. I will never go back there.

Everything is great but.....the checking of ID of someone 50 (as one reviewer commented) is not a good thing. Instead it is ridiculous and inconvenient to older adults. Seriously, you check everyone equally and that's a good thing? C'mon, that's just showing you don't trust your people. It doesn't take a wizard to see someone is over 21 when they are in their 50's or 60's. Basically you check ID even if someone is 85? Get real please.

This place had lots of strains I was looking for. Helpful staff and the "Menu" system is nice (they hand you a menu like a restaurant,,great idea!).

Overall this is the best store I have visited and bought from. Staff is friendly (although a little pushy sometimes to hurry up and buy) and selection is pretty good. It seems to give a little extra care in your purchase too.

First of all, their menu is never accurate. Anytime I have gone there to get something on their menu 4 out of 5 things they say are gone. Their excuse is it "sells fast". Yeah, ok. Other stores do not have the problem to the degree this place does and it points to them just not properly updating and claiming to have this or that in stock just to get you in. Be forewarned, their menu is never correct (always MUCH less than they show for strains). The other thing that is ridiculous is the ID thing. Sure I get it, but the guy at the door needing me to "take it out" of my wallet and look at it with the mag to make sure it isn't fake is ridiculous. I am over 50 years old and it is very evident I am over 21. The ID checking they use is just over the top and annoying to the customer. then you get into the buying method. A long line where you cannot even approach the items to read them through the glass or anything and must wait to pretty much have your number called. Very stupid system compared to all the other stores I've gone to. My last experience was my final one. Too many other good stores to put up with this.
