This one makes me really relaxed and comfy. Within about an hour or hour and a half I wound up asleep, which is pretty awesome because I have such a hard time falling and staying asleep, and I didn't wake up until the next morning. Again, that's amazing because I wake up constantly through the night. While I was awake I felt floaty and needed all the comfy soft things surrounding me. Good for sleep issues for sure.
