Horrible, horrible set-up. People are crammed into a waiting area and/or lined up outside the door where, after about 20 minutes or more, you're called into a tiny back room filled with boxes and shelves of product you can't see. Menu is rarely updated, so new merch has to be inquired about once you're in the back. This system certainly explains the wait time...you basically aren't even sure what you're dealing with until you get through the 'line'. It's great that they're out here but it needs a serious overhaul
