I was so offended by the service that I received at swell this evening that I left without making my purchase and will not be going back. I placed an online order and rushed to swell on my break at work only to find that I had placed it at the wrong location and they refused to fill my order in the preorder line. I had a very easy to fill order and the waiting room was full. I had to get back to work. Furthermore, they hadn’t bothered to check the allocation of the person who was in the preorder line a head of me so I waited 15 minutes to talk to someone to figure all this out which is why I didn’t have time to wait in the waiting room.
