Divine Kind has a very nice selection of products and has very friendly bud tenders. The atmosphere is super mellow and the layout is very nice.

Shango definitely has some of the best in house flowers out of any dispo in the Portland area. Brendan was very helpful. He was able to tell me alot about the different strains of flower and concentrates.
