I'm not going to drop any names, but there's a bud tender here who ruins my experience every time I come in. I always secretly hope I get a different bud tender, but always get this one. I don't know if you are overwhelmed or drink too much coffee, but you need to work on matching the customers energy. It's really off-putting when you ask if I know what I want within seconds of coming to the counter and don't know the daily specials. It's even more off-putting when your boss needs to confront you in front of a patient for not thinking through what you are saying and providing false info.
So I had my card a couple years ago and went to this dispensary when it was Sunflower back in the day. I called ahead of time to ask if they were the same company or if I could get a new patient special, considering that they rebranded and I haven’t been in years. They informed me that they couldn’t tell me over the phone and I would need to come in. So I go and when they don’t honor a new patient discount for me. I feel like this is dishonest business practice and I felt manipulated into coming in. Anyway, that put a bad taste in my mouth and the bud looked bad so I left. Big waste of time for me.
Please don't waste your time with this company. First, I had to sign up and upload photos of all of my information (Drivers License and MMJ card) An hour of so later, I got an email that my information had been verified. However, when I go to order, I find out that Sunday Goods is entirely out of flower. This was disappointing because I wasted a bunch of time creating my account for this site and Leafly said there would be a 50% discount on the first order and there was no indicator that they would be out of flower. Now I'm sure they're going to send me spam email. It would be very helpful to patients if the information you give on leafly is accurate and not just bait to create more accounts. It would also be helpful to actually carry the products you claim to have. Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if the other reviews are fake.
I have no problems with any of the staff at this dispensary, in fact, all of my interactions were great. However, I thought the parking was really bad, the location itself is inconvenient and the bud quality is far below average. I highly doubt this bud is organically grown, it crackles like cloves when you smoke it. The waiting room was uncomfortable and cheap.
Yep, this is the good dispensary. Lives up to it's name as far as the quality and quantity of meds. They did not have a bike lock outside, but the office staff was more than happy to let me park my bike in the waiting room, which was greatly appreciated. Tony hooked it up and I gotta say all the flower I got is fresh, sticky, and smells great.
I think this is a decent dispensary, and I usually don't ever leave reviews, but my visit to PARC this evening was so awkward that I feel compelled. First, Mr. Host man practically met me at my car, not with a decent greeting, but with "come on man, you're killing me bro, you know we close in like five minutes right?" Imagine walking into a restaurant and someone saying that to you.. I almost felt like leaving, but I was already there. I mean, come on man.. We all have jobs, none of them as easy as yours, and we all have to accommodate for customers that arrive before closing. You open doors for weed patients in a nice, air conditioned room. Sorry you have to do the easiest job in the world for another five minutes. Don't make people feel guilty for bringing their business to your establishment instead of the other 10 dispensaries in town, even 5 minutes before closing. Especially when the one right up the road is open later than you guys. Seriously, this person does 1/19th of the work of any other job and is complaining to people coming in at 6:55? Try working in a kitchen where there are hours worth of work you have to do for closing and customers are still coming in. You'd appreciate your job opening doors for weed patients.. On my way out, he goes "thanks for the hustle, buddy" like I was accommodating and really hurrying for him. I wanted to say something about how important it was to me that he gets home on time to get high and play madden, but whatever. Just do your ridiculously easy job, buddy.
This place is on point! All of their strains are some of the highest quality bud i've ever seen and Zach hooked it up! I just rolled up some purple dream and thin mint GSC and damn.. most flavorful joint ever out of a glass tip. Thanks again.
As far a med quality goes, A++. I've been to most of these dispensaries and UG has an incredible flower. The shatter was sort of expensive, but hopefully it's worth it. This isn't the place to go if you're trying to do snake dabs lol.. Service I give 4 stars because the staff is fantastic and very attractive. Not to say they only hire hot chicks, but I just hate buying anything, including bud, from dirty slobs who dont wash their hands. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars on the service was because I bought a gram and the home scale said 0.9. Everyone has a metric scale now, so hook it up! the difference between 0.9 and 1.3 is not that much, but might mean someone being a regular customer or going elsewhere. Thanks ya'll, peace
wow. rude lady on the phone.. I was just asking how this stupid "pick-up, drop-off" system works and it is just completely absurd. Once I asked why they choose to operate in the most confusing and inconvenient way possible, I was just told the same thing in a more rude tone. That is one of my biggest pet peeves.. Yeah, just say the same thing but bitchier, I should have just told you that. Can't speak on the med quality or atmosphere, but holy shit.. smoke a joint and learn some phone skills
