Until they fix their management issue, I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS.
Hmmm... I would like to first say that the employees here have been great. I like talking to them, they are knowledgeable and real. The manager has been rather nice to me.
HOWEVER, there has been a lot of turnover and probing a bit further, the experience sounds like working for a hellish retail job like Gamestop or something. "Oh you had a relative that died? Well if you leave, don't expect that you will still have a job when you get back."
Or another favorite: "Oh, you asked and gave management a very early notice of about seven or eight months that you will be going to visit family for the holidays? Well too bad. You have to work regardless of whether you have paid for a ticket to fly."
The more I type this the more angry I get. I will be letting other customers know that this is how this place runs and until they stop being buttholes to employees I will be limiting how often I visit until there are some changes made. I will not tolerate employees being called "peasants" by management.
Oh and this is one of the only dispensaries I've noticed that nickel and dimes people with change. Other places round to the nearest quarter.
Oh and one more thing: they have promised a rewards/point system, but I guess they are not doing that or haven't had the right people to implement one.
