I've been to a dozen dispensaries in the Phoenix area and this Reef location had separated itself as one of my favorites. I liked that they included the tax in their price, and that I could call in to the store and inquire about specials, check my limit and even order ahead for their express window. But now their corporate office is mucking things up. They have closed the express window, they no longer let you call ahead to check specials, in fact now if I try to call the Phoenix Reef location the automated phone system sends my call to the corporate Las Vegas location. I can't imagine what benefits they think this policy change will produce but it's dropped them from one of my favorite dispensaries. Please bring back these features to your customer service. It's what gave you the edge in a very competitive market.
