My entire experience with Haven has been disappointing. As a first time patient you have to fill out this weird online “new patient application”, that security promptly gave me crap for not completing as I drove up. Once I finished filling out the application, everything went fine. I got set up for rewards points and everything. I check out my rewards points and see that I’m eligible for a free Haven tee shirt, so I redeem my points and these guys actually gave me an hour to come pick it up... I literally live an hour away from them and was in town visiting my parents. Haven has a great menu and great staff, but my first experience wasn’t the best.
