I got a 8th of cookie burn you guys are usually very good about the quality of the weed but this time when I tried to break it down it turned to powder. Is there some other way for you to keep your weed fresh? If so I hope you start to implement it. Thank you !!

My girlfriend called ahead of time to ensure that the wait was not long and the female budtender advised her it was a 5-10 minute wait as soon as she got off the phone we headed there we live 10 minutes away and it ended up being a 50 minute for a free 1/8 that she got from my referral very unprofessional in my opinion and the bud tender was not apologetic at all and I’m very annoyed due to the fact that last time my gf went there she said the same budtender is always rude to her.. I’m not really sure what the issue is but hopefully you guys address this and the quality of customer service gets better. Thank you
