It is way bigger then Youngstown location with a very nice modern waiting room. I did like the flower at Youngstown a little better just because it seemed fresher straight out of the jar rather then the prepackaged stuff. I was in and out here with super quick and efficient service. Highly recommend this dispensary for great deals, service, and clean environment. No fees on ATM... can't beat that!!

This is my go-to dispensary! I don't think they even give any incentive to leave reviews like other dispensaries but after visiting many other dispensaries, Emerald is still by far the best! Open floor plan and set up, so there is never any crowding and I've never had to wait (you getin and out in minutes). Staff is always great and the person at check in is usually really informative telling you of any specials for the day and how many points you have available to use. My first few visits I asked many questions even some where the answer was right on the board in front of me but the bud tenders never made me feel stupid and patiently answered any questions. I just love the atmosphere and quick service.., definitely my fave/the best dispensary and I'm not even getting a free pre-roll or any incentive to say so, so you know they're good!! Also the infusion edibles like the big delicious brownies are about $2-3 cheaper here then any other place I've been so far. Emerald is my birthstone so I extra love this place!

I was the only person in waiting room yet still waited over 10 minutes to go back. Another patient came in and after several minutes asked me how long I had been waiting because it was visibly not very busy so nether of us understood wait. I had researched deals, hours, payment options before ever going here and budtender didn't even tell me about the specials on 1/8th that were highly advertised that day and the only reason I had gone in. I chalked it up to maybe he didn't offer me that price or special because I was ftp and couldn't double dip offers but even should have been informed of that and told the specials. I did like the waiting room but the girl at front and my bud tender ate a few too many brownies on the job and were too slow (she literally spaced off and was sitting there for over 30 seconds staring at my ID...need to hire functioning pot heads!! I write depositions and run marathons on marijuana... your staff zones out and loses you money) to make it worth the drive to go back.

Convenient location, never a wait, and friendly staff. They make their own edibles which are cheaper then other places and great!

The budtenders are great and the only reason I have left saftisfied both times I visited. They do always have awesome deals including bogo ftp. Being only 10 minutes from my house, I planned my day expecting to be home by 9:30 if I left at 8:55am. However at 9:28am, I was still in waiting room both times I visited. I can't take meds like Tylenol and was in severe pain from an infection so that 25 minute wait felt like an enternity. The part that irritated me most was after waiting 20 minutes a blonde female who had come in 3 patients after me and was clearly friends with the associates was called back before me. This chick was young, healthy, and by listening to her talk in waiting room used marijuana to party and get high not for pain, inflammation, Parkinson's!!!! The guy bringing people back was taking express orders and didn't even know the deals being offered that day and I finally got to go back when I spoke up after I saw him bring his hot athletic blonde friend back before me even though I was actually in pain with real medical conditions and waited way longer in waiting room then the entire round trip drive to get there. The cinco de mayo pre roll special and ftp deal was worth the wait, and the bud tender was so nice it almost made up for the wait and not being a young hot girl discrimination! This place definitely needs remodeled for traffic flow and atmosphere ambience ESPECIALLY the waiting room if patients are going to be spending the majority of their visit in it.
